My 186BBb fits great in the smaller size Pro-Tec bag, but my horn is one of the older ones with a 16" bell. I believe the newer ones have a 17.5" bell.The Pro-Tec is a really nice bag and is among the cheaper ones on the market at (AT)$150.Highly recommended!
