Sounds like a case of identity theft. Probably the id is legit, but someone figured out his password and posted a bogus listing. It happened to me this summer when someone posted a laptop using my id with all the bells and whistles. If I didn't catch it, I would of got dinged $65 in posting fees and if it sold, the winning bid fees (about $250 or more), plus negative feedback from the p*ssed off winner. I did have about a dozen people inquire about the nonexistant computer.
