Try talking to a set drummer. Or call a local orchestra and talk to the Operations Manager or Principal Percussionist. They might know where to look.
Usually, if one of the percussionists don't own a set, the Ops Mgr rents them for the taxi cab horns in "An American in Paris", so this is information that they might have in their rolodex.
If the rental agent could be contacted, a brand name might surface.
