So what names can everyone think of that would be good, but that you haven't used? For example:
Luciano (for a tenor tuba)
Connie (for a Conn)
Queenie (for those who feel strange holding a King in your lap)
Big Bird (Lark)
Axel (Rotary valves)
Liberty (large or cracked bell)
Glennis (as in Glamorous Glennis; for really fast valves)
Rosie (if your tuba is big, ugly & loud; and what difference does it make which Rosie I'm thinking of?)
Brunhilda, Hercules, Bone-crusher, Fat Albert
etc.

I'd love to hear any name ideas, but I'm also looking for a name for my Conn 10J. 'Connie' is the name I gave my old Connquest trombone, so I can't use that. Any ideas?
