I converted one about 6 months ago for a person who had spinal cord damage and couldn't use her left hand fully. I used an older Wurlitzer Eb (Conn stencil) upright. I essentiall unsoldered most the horn and resoldered it back together backwards. It took about 6 hours. Pictures of it can be seen at http://community.webtv.net/guspratt/lefty
