I'd have to say that one of my favorite tunes to have ever played on a Christmas program would be "Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral" by Wagner.

In the more obscure line, Percy Grainger has a few christmas tunes that I'd wager very few folks have heard of.

"Russian Christmas Music"--can't remember the composer, but it's good.

Calvin Custer's "A Canadian Brass Christmas" is tons of fun, especially for the principal brass players.

And of course, do at least some nutcracker music ;-)
