I'm sure they exist, but I'm not aware of any non-compensating euphs that have the 4th valve on the side. Having fooled around with both valve set-ups, I'd have to say that if I were to ever seriously pick up euphonium in addition to tuba, I'd get a compensating horn just for the convenience of the left hand 4th valve.
