As David said, the procession takes place in Wagner's opera Lohengrin. There are actually two processions, both in the second act. The first time the procession is interrupted (this is towards the beginning of the act). The second time the music finishes, and this is the end of the second act. There is hardly any tuba playing in this part of the opera - one descending line and some sustained notes. However, the woodwind and string parts are quite beautiful.
