What is not mentioned in the article is that Hillcrest High School is located in area of North Dallas that has a very large Jewish population. Those elements of of the show may not have been offensive to the people of rual East Texas where Paris is located, but I'm sure that the home crowd at Hillcrest had good reason to be upset.
