The dents are not what I would consider "massive" but the dent removal and refinishing of that bow (including cap/rib removal and reinstallation) could easily exceed the current bid.
Another problem might be finding someone to schedule doing it for you in a reasonable amount of time - and someone who relies more on skill and less on files and sandpaper.
