Nice article and it typefies the logic that is so near and dear to my heart. In the Marine Drum and Bugle corps of DC there are at least 22 Soprano Bugle players alone. I think that the article should say that there is a shortage of musicians at all of the Bases, Forts, Camps and Depots throughout the military. That at least would be more plausable. Check out this site www.buglesacrossamerica.org and it didn't cost the pentagon a dime.
