On the worst of the ones I've played (a BBb brought into my store once and offered for sale), the F could be played 20 c. flat fairly easily and "pulled" (gymnastically) up to 10-5 c. flat with considerable effort. It's natural position (with a "just blow into the tuba" embouchure) was between 40-35 c. flat.
My CC was about 25 c. flat on that (same relative pitch) G and could be "pulled" up to barely-usable, though I always played it 1-3, unless in a quick passage.
