Let's try once again to eliminate confusion. The model 43 C-tuba is the 3/4 size offering by Rudolf Meinl. The model 45 is the 4/4 model. Since this new C-tuba has the rotary valveset from the 3/4-size model 43 and very nearly the body of the 4/4 piston model 45, Rudolf Meinl decided to call it the model 4345. To my knowledge, exactly one of these has been imported.
