I'm not very good at this yet, but the best reply to some of the posters is none.
While this is a good forum for the dissemination of information, it will never take the place of face to face discussions. The internet has made it possible to talk from long distances. It has also made "invisibility" much more possible. Persons who will post something not very nice here usually have no guts when it comes to face to face. They can say something not very nice and then just disappear. Getem face to face and they cave almost every time.
I for one would like for you to reconsider and stay around. The problem guys come and then go while the better posters, yourself included, stay for the long haul.
