The new King BBb is a sweet horn. I had the opportunity to try one out last week.It has even tone thoughout the range, great response, great sound full of overtones,and ergonomically superb. It's got the feel of a smallish horn but with a big sound and 20" bell! Take my opinion for what it's worth because I never thought in my lifetime that I would ever have a good thing to say about a new American built tuba. Hurah for UMI for getting their "shtuff" together.......finally!
