1. dp studies with TC, a highly respected (deservedly so) tuba player and proponent of the instrument, and dp has been known to defend TC's interests.
2. TC develops a Christmas activity called Tubafest in the Bay Area, for good reasons better not discussed.
3. dp accused js of being coy about another topic.
4. js announced a recital using the term "tuba fest".
5. dp posts a "general" discussion suggesting that if we are persnickity about copyrights, shouldn't we also be persnickity about trademarks? (My answer: yes, but being persnickity doesn't mean the same thing, because the rules are different.)

What conclusion would you draw? No sheesh needed, or you'll have to rescind your accusation to js of being coy, which was no more coy than Number 5.

Now, I'm sure that's not how you intended it, but that's how it looked to me.
