In all seriousness, The Assman has probably been searching for better mouthpieces (for him and his tubas). He(She??) could have found something that works better for him(her??) (and possibly a new tuba), and then decides to sell some perfectly good mouthpieces, so that he(she??) can buy more mouthpieces.
Mouthpieces are a very individual thing. Also, some "stock" mouthpieces vary from piece to piece that it pays to test as many of the same model, to find the one that works best for you and your horn. Sorry, shop owners; just use some soapy water to clean them before the next person trys them.
