Dave Bring us an interesting point. Document EVERYTHING in excruciating detail before shipping. If you have pictures of each horn from every conceivable angle before packing - and of the packed box, then should the worst happen, the insurance company will have credible evidence on which to file the claim against the carrier. Otherwise it is your word against theirs ... and we all know who looses in the end on that one.
