Hi guys. I was wondering if there was any opinion either way from techers out there as to when a student auditions if he should play the scales up chromatically (i.e. c-c#-d-d# etc) or around the circle o'fifths (i.e. c-g-d-a-e etc)? Am I just being too picky about things to even ask this?
Anyway...imput is appreciated
