Cycling, all the way. Do at least 15 miles of sprinting on a regular basis. I've noticed a change for the better in my air efficiency after beginning to cycle frequently. May just be a coincidence, but I like to think not.

Plus, if you like big, expensive pieces of metal twisted into an instrument, wouldn't you be inclined to like big, expensive pieces of metal twisted into a form of exercise/transportation?
