I own a PT-6P, it is a 5/4 horn with 4 piston, 5th rotor whole step. I really like the tone color of the PT-6's, they have more character than other similar sized horns, in my opinion. I'm happy with the agility of the horn, and it can put out some nice sound when it needs to. It's hard to find a big horn with some character in the sound :) Good luck
