The 1271 is a piston version of the rotary 182. Well built, very in tune. It is 36 inches tall, 16 1/2 inch bell and a 3/4 tuba but sounds bigger. The volume will be livited because of the size of the tuba.
Nice sound, stainless valves.
Good tuba. A mercedes of a tuba for a 3/4 and built like a tank.
