Sorry I can't help you. If you had stated EXACTLY what you wanted in your original post, this would have been easier. No, I am not selling mine and I doubt it is readily available anywhere. The best place to start would be to get on the Horn BBS and start asking there. As Mr. Leuba still teaches and lives in the Pacific Northwest, you may have luck talking to one of his colleauges or students. Also, try being a little more polite. Goes along way in getting someone to help you.
