I dunno, haven't played one yet. If you're shopping for a horn though, you can get to San Jose Airport from anywhere in the country for about 60 bucks each way on southwest, and the Gronitz tubas appear to be a really good deal! Much bigger than the Getzen or Conn 56 though ...
