For those of you in the State College, PA environs:
The Penn State tuba-euphonium ensemble will be performing in Esber Recital Hall (in the Music Building at Penn State) at 8:00 p.m., Oct. 24th (Wednesday). Works by Erdman, Rimsky-Korsakov, Vasconi, as well as a performance of the Penderecki Capriccio by grad. student Ivan Giddings. There will be a "Tribute to Two Great American Cities," remembering Sept. 11th, and much more. The concert is free--hope to see several fellow Tube-Netters there!
