Thanks -- *very* informative.
Interesting to note your original assessment of the York Master as 4/4. I'm always suspicious of anything with a 20" bell being only called a 4/4. But it is possible, as with the new King 2341 BBb, for example. But after seeing the photos, and comparing bells, throats, and bottom bows, I'd say 5/4 is a well deserved size label for your horn.
