Ah, but the Hirsbrunner euphonium has a receiver that you literally screw in, making it very easy to switch receivers. Since I have a bass bone receiver and will soon get a European receiver, I was just wondering if I'd noticed any difference at all if I got say, a Schilke 51D with both sized shanks.
