When I wrote Carl Fischer about them in the early '60s I was told they were out of print. I've never seen a copy of either, although I suppose there must be copies in someone's library: Harvey's or Indiana U, perhaps? They seem to have been excerpt books. I would guess that they have not been reprinted because they were essentially superceded by more recent excerpt books such as Abe Torchinsky's.
