No, not amateur me. Looks like it'll be a fair amount of out-of-town talent. Jeff Williams at UofO would probably know the current state of affairs regarding brass recruitment.
But I've got my tickets already! Seating is pretty limited as I understand the situation--parts of Silva Hall are being appropriated for space to hold the extra musicians and chorus. This is one to make a trip to hear, if my Colin Davis/LSO recording is any indication of what to expect.
