I tooted on a couple of 190's several years ago and I think I remeber enough to answer your questions.
1. Yes
2. It is a HUGE horn. Not nearly as agile as either the 186 or 191.
3. It sounds, well, HUGE.

5. Intonation is acceptable but not as good as either the 186 or 191
6. Sort of In the February 1987 issue of the TUBA Journal there is a picture of the US Naval Academy tuba section. One of the players is holding a 190 CC. A 190 is roughly the same size as a Cerveny 601.
