It is because the HTML has an error in it and IE is allowing it while Netscape requires valid HTML. The filenames for the images on the front page have spaces in their names. A URL on the web is not allowed to contain spaces according to the HTML spec. Rename the images without spaces and then change the HTM accordingly.
