Even within different departments of the same shop standards can vary. One of the better samples is the used tuba display from Dillon. The photos are very relevant. A qualified employé in that department might be the reason for that.

The WW&BW tell of their sales prices for new instruments. A policy I like.

The Tubastore has a good display of new tubas, telling of ## in stock and of delivery time if not in stock.

The use of the term "call for our pricing" is less of my liking, even if more shops are using it.

Some shops mostly use their net sites as windows encouraging phonecalls. My point is, that the higher my level of information is on a specific item, the more likely is a phonecall from me.
