These are good suggestions. The Capuzzi andante and rondo, as well as the beethoven/handel Judas Maccabeus variations are great, as well.

remember, the most important thing is to show off your best playing. if you can play an etude from rochut, vasiliev, or blazevich very well, it will get you further than getting every other note in the waltz movement of the hartley, or playing one of the faster variations in another piece at half the written tempo.
