Those must be some pretty old numbers! By that chart, the orchestra I play in is off the scale, with an annual budget of $11+ million. And I'm pretty sure, the last time I checked, the Florida Philharmonic was hard pressed to be considered a second tier orchestra...:)
I think the salary chart you're thinking of is the yearly ICSOM Wage and Scale Chart. This chart tracks the contracts of all the ICSOM orchestras through their current contracts, though the list is in alphabetical order. Most large union locals (especially ones where there is a large orchestra in the local) should be able to provide a copy to interested parties.
