I own a PT-50, the biggest one. I got it because my Bach 18's bore size was a bit small. I haven't had any special experiences with it and I can't really compare it with the 2 mothpieces I had since it's different in size. One thing with them is that they have SUCH A VARIETY so you can get the close-to-perfect one you like. That's about it with the PT's.
