I recently purchased a YEP642 and am starting to learn to play again after 27 years. I have a Yamaha 51 mouthpiece. I also have a Conn cornet. Can anyone suggest any exercises in which I might strengthen the appropriate muscles in my mouth as well as my diaphram? Unfortunately, I am not able to devote more than 30 to 45 min. per day to the cause. I once was a Euphonium major, but feel rather helpless now, in that, I sound like a seventh grader without a whole lot of talent.
