The question asked if the Willson was worth the extra expense when compared to the other horns. I'll write a quick answer, rather than the rambling gobildy gook I spewed forth yesterday.
I think that the manufacturing of all the professional models are top notch. I also know that details slip through the cracks. Who is better - Chrysler, GM, or Ford? They're all good manufacturers that people base thier opinion on thier luck with the vehicles. I personally did not think that the newest Willson was worth the extra money compared to the Besson. It did not play so much better that it made me say "Yeah, I'll pay another grand or two for that horn."
Durabilty - Willson, Besson, H-brunner, Yamaha - They are probably all equal. If you take care any horn, it'll last a long, long time.
