Human nature dictates that people who have a lot of "regular" work stacked up will deal with that stuff, and will tend to ignore the "troublesome" (and less profitable) special stuff.
If you have asked a Chicago firm to do this job, obviously they have recently lost a key man.
Whoever you have contracted, why don't you ask Mr. Harry to give them a call?
