For anyone interested in this Mirafone, I just wanted to say that I had the opportunity to play it last month, and it is a fine, fine horn. If I hadn't fallen head over heels for a Meinl Weston 45SLP, I probably would have taken this tuba off of Paul's hands at more than he's asking for it now. It has a rich compact sound that would work well in most all situations, an even response, and is in remarkable shape for it's classic vintage. A great horn for someone to advance to!
