WHAT!?! No I don't believe that I'm "an arrogant,insufferable little prick" I know that I'm not great but I also know that I'm good. He doesn't try, he's in band because it's an easy A, and the band director nominates me for things like student of the week/month, honor band, and such. I just asked for help because I don't know what to do--I've tried being nice (which gets him flirting) I've tried being harsh (doesn't work) But with the help of a few suggestions I'm starting to be able to deal with it. It just drives me nuts when people are in a "group-effort" type thing and don't even try.
