Well, maybe you can do some mental practice and just listen to some recordings of your jury piece and just finger along. You could also maybe play your pitches on a piano. That way you'd get some ear training practice and just get the pitches in your head. Probably, your best alternative is to just soak it up, stop whining, and practice sick. I'm pretty ill now and I still have to practice for my juries. You're never going to feel your best with the best kind of performance conditions anyway(i.e. chairs, stands, chops, clothes, acoustics). You never know what the performance may feel like until you've done it before. You'll also probably never have a sympathetic audience either. Don't use being sick as a cop-out. Are you really THAT sick? Sorry to sound harsh, but that's the way it is. Good luck with it.
