You're exactly right. The leaps are from F in the staff to Gb above in both Tuba I and Tuba II, alternating back and forth between the two parts. [Thank goodness it's loud there!] And I can't even say anything clever like I got a transposition wrong or something...I just disremembered and then mispoke (mistyped?).
