Up north we have the Royal Conservatory of Music (Toronto) with its own rating system. This is mostly for solo music. Grades 1 through 10 and ARCT (Associate of the Royal Conservatory Toronto) is the highest level. V-W, Hindemith are ARCT, Strauss Horn Concerti are Grade X, Haddad is Grade 9, Air and Bourree is grade 8, so forth.
