Hi,
This Sunday Nov. 23rd at 3:00 pm at the Rialto Center for the Performing Arts (Georgia State University) in Atlanta will be having their Third annual Brass Fest. The guest artists are Doc Marcellus (trombone) Adam Frey (euph) and Loet van der Lee (jazz trumpet), it should be a great concert! The Brass band will be playing on that concert and IT'S FREE!!
This Monday at the Speaker's Auditorium, Student Center, Goergia State there will be the following masterclasses
9:30 am to 11:30 am Jazz Trumpet with Loet van der Lee
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Trombone with Doc
3:30 pm to 5:30 pm Euphonium with Adam
Then on Sunday November 30th there will be a Brass Quintet concert featuring members of the Georgia Brass Band. The concert will be at the Lawrenceville Road United Methodist Church (for you map quest guys 3142 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA. it's about 1 mile outside of the I-285). The program includes works of Scheidt, Bach, Mozart, Maurer, and others, admission is FREE.
