Sounds like heaven to me. It should, as I live in Texas and married a coon-ass. Those poor folks from the north and east might call you and your recommendation evil. I think it's wonderful. I just wish I could get away to drive over. Hot music and hot food go together, but, IMHO, I think your recipe could be improved by tempering it with cold adult beverages. You know, give 'em the full experience.
