For those of you who are interested, the one and only recording of the John Williams Tuba Concerto with orchestra, performed by Velvet Brown with the Bowling Green State University Philharmonia, will be available through Albany Records sometime in late January-early February. The title of the CD is: The Voice of the Composer: New Music from Bowling Green, V. 3. This information is direct from Dr. Emily Freeman Brown, conductor of the Philharmonia.
