You might want to try emailing Steve McEuen at Mansfield University. I did my undergrad there and one of my current college students dug that recording up also. I'm not sure of the exact information that you are looking for and I'm not sure if it was recorded when Don Stanley taught there or if it was after he retired and Steve McEuen began teaching all low brass (trombone, euphonium and tuba). Mr. McEuen would probably be the most likely to have the answer to your questions.
