It seems that we are all for it, in one form or another, but nobody seems ready to set it up. Perhaps you should repeat the suggestion periodically until somebody decides to do it.
I agree with Rick that the number scale system would be useless and/or misleading. Sentences are the way to go, and photos would be nice. Somebody who knows what he/she is doing could probably set it up to be almost automatic.
