I have the same horn and it has the exact same intonation quirks. I use a combination of alternate fingerings and slide pulling to play in tune. I occasionally lip notes, but that tends to wear out my chops quicker. For the top G with the 1st slide pulled, try 1st and 3rd valve. For the low C, I usually have my 4th valve slide set to play it in tune and use 1st and 3rd for the G above it (or I just lip up the 4th valve G in tune). For the second space C, try 4th valve. You might want to have your 1st valve slide lapped, because that's the one you'll push and pull the most. After a while, you will start to feel comfortable on the horn and the intonation will settle (as is it did with mine). Also, my F is extremely picky about mouthpieces and how they affect pitch. I had to try a few different ones before I found I can work with. I hope this helps.
