Upon recieving this post, a picture was either created or discovered. I want to know which (create or discover). I am asking if this picture was taken by the person who posted the reply, or found by said person. If so, I would like to know how to get said mouthpiece, if not, well, I guess I'll go cry.
Incidently, if I had the dimension of said mouthpieces, I could have it built for me.
All of this is only good if that person took the picture.
